Digital Telephones

At Avenue Business Centre, we understand how important it is to have everything at your fingertips ready to use, it is pointless having rented an office when you have to wait until third party companies have installed business necessities which is why we have a Panasonic Digital Super Hybrid Telephone System ready for you to use, the second that your license agreement is signed.

Individual DDI (direct dial in) telephone numbers can be assigned to each handset* with unique internal extension numbers. This means that you are able to advertise immediately (most times you will receive notice of any telephone DDI's upon your office reservation) and easily communicate internally with reception or co-workers.

The system has a number of useful features such as remote and onsite voicemail access and customisation, conference calling, station speed dialing, one touch diverting / forwarding of your phone, programmable soft keys for frequently used numbers or functions, loudspeaker and auto answer capability.

The system also allows for analogue telephones which are capable of the same features via manual codes, this is still very simple to use and allows you to install your own analogue handsets if desired**

In depth instructions on any of the features available are given at the start of your license and our helpful staff can assist in setting up your telephone systems free of charge.

If you require more lines than are currently available in your office, the average number available is between 2-4 we can arrange a third party installation on your behalf and will not charge anything in addition to the third party installation cots. All installation costs are payable by license holder directly to the third party installer.
