What is a Virtual Office?

A virtual office is exactly as it sounds, it is a virtual office base which gives the said company presence without them actually having to be there. Virtual offices can offer a wide range of services such as registered address services, telephone handling and meeting room facilities, all are charged with a base monthly fee.

Who can use a virtual Office?

Anybody can use a virtual office, It is more common for sole traders and small business owner to use virtual offices in order to save much needed time and capital on employees and premises. Limited companies may wish to use virtual office as a more prestigious address than their own for display on companies house and inland revenue web sites.

How much could i save?

The amount you could save is very personal to your business and the services you require, you may find that although you are spending pout more money on a call handling service a higher percentage of your customers are able to get through to you or leave messages, therefore the savings you make are priceless, or you may find that the money you save on employing a receptionist to handle your calls enables you to invest further into your business.

What discounts could i receive?

There are two discount schemes which we operate at the moment, the first being a refer a friend scheme, whereby for every successful referral that pays monthly you will receive £5 credit to your account, i.e. if you make 5 successful referrals you could earn £25 or for every successful refferal that pays yearly you will receive £10 credit to your account. The other scheme is to encourage annual payments, We are offering twelve months for the price of ten when you pay any twelve month invoice in full.

How can a virtual office help my business?

Also using the facilities offered by a virtual office package normally means that you are saving on costly overheads and maintenance bills.

What additional services can i use?

How much notice is required to terminate?

The standard amount of time required is two months written notice for one office, and the equivalent number of months for the number of multiple offices. There is more information available in the license agreement download.

How long does it take to set up?

This is dependent on the extent of your package, it normally takes between 1-2 days to set up, providing we have all of the facilities required free, if you are requesting additional lines to be installed (you will always be notified first if there is a need for this) this may be delayed by third party installation.

How do i make an application?

You will need to contact us for an application form and a service list, complete this return to us along with payment, proof of business ownership and a form of id which we will scan and return to you immediately. This can all be done by post or by coming into the business centre to complete your application. We will then process this application and contact you with confirmation of your request and a receipt for your payment. Payments may be made by BACS, Cheque or Cash, However it is advisable you only use cash for applications made in person as we will not be held responsible for any cash payments sent by post.
