With so many services being offered to businesses nowadays its hard to keep track of what you are spending from month to month, with usage statements, estimated usage statements, quarterly billing and annual statistics in amongst your monthly bills it is easy to become bombarded with paperwork and prices.
Which is why all of our base fees are inclusive, when we quote you a price on the office you are interested in, you can rest assured that all utilities such as average use of central heating, electricity, business rates and water usage is included in your monthly fee. The only additional things you will be billed for are monthly broadband and usage fees such as franking costs, telephone usage and meeting room hire etc.
By keeping all of our fees inclusive it is also easier for you to see on your monthly bill which additional services you are using and how much you are paying for them without sifting item details and sectioned billing.
