We offer a number of mail services within our virtual office packages giving you the freedom to choose how your mail is handled.
All post is sorted and securely stored within individual post trays in reception.
We offer a number of services which may suit your company such as scan and send for those all important documents which need to be processed there and then and regular forwarding to your given address. We do not have a minimum or maximum volume requirement and charge commission per package sent rather than per letter as many other virtual office companies charge.
For those companies who use mass mailings or prefer to have a more professional image to their post we also have a franking machine which is available for use by all companies in addition to their virtual office package. The cost of which is the equivalent of a postage stamp and commission fees are negotiable dependant on volume and availability.
All usage costs are billed monthly, we do not use estimated billing, at the beginning of your package term you will be charged your base price and any usage fees for that month will then be billed one month behind so we are able to ascertain your accurate monthly usage rather than the unnecessary hassle of credit notes and additional billing.
