Quite often a business´s budget is mostly taken up by the costs of leasing or owning your own offices. As if the bill isn't high enough already with yearly fees for the hire of such premises you have to consider the cost of heating, electricity, business rates etc.

At Avenue Business Centre we offer serviced offices with flexible license terms and fees. We offer a minimum of six month contract.

All of our fees are inclusive of business rates, typical electricity, water and heating usage. In fact the only thing you will pay on top of your monthly license fee is what you use of our additional services i.e. telephones, broadband, copying, faxing etc. We do not charge VAT and so you truly do only pay for what you use.

We have a digital telephone system with countless useful functions helping those working form within the office or those who are quite often out and about to conduct their business efficiently

In addition to the serviced offices themselves we also offer a number of communal facilities at a lower cost to our serviced office clients, such as copying facilities, outward faxing facilities and use of an communal fax line, saving you money on costly machinery and saving you space inside your office.

Billing is charged once a month and is charged at the total price for your license fee and your per item fees such as postage, faxing and copying etc. License fee billing commences immediately and the office services and telephone billing will commence in the second month one we can ascertain your accurate usage.

We also have a meeting room available for hire by the full day or half day, it is advised that this is booked in advanced but is sometimes available for use at short notice.
