For many small to medium company the cost of employing people to perform simple office tasks often exceeds the cost of actually providing your service, with monthly wage costs for reception staff to monitor your calls and all of the employers duties such as national insurance contribution and sick pay etc this can become more of a burden than a necessity.

With our telephone packages you can reduce your staff bills by paying a monthly fee for use of our telephones and staff and the only additional costs you may incur on top are call charges for diverted calls or live screened calls. Or if you are frequently out of the office but do not want your customers to be put off calling a mobile number, provide an 01634 number for them to call 24 hours a day.

You can create the impression of a full workforce by having our friendly reception staff answer your calls in your company name and divert your customer to the relative department, regardless of whether the finance, human resources and contracts department all divert to your mobile number!

We also provide voicemail, capable of being customised to your company, which is the perfect compliment to any telephone package, enabling you to catch all of your calls regardless of whether you are able to receive them at that very moment, or if you would prefer your customers to be able to speak to somebody at all times you could have us take your messages for you and have us forward them to you at a time and in a way that is more suitable to you.

Billing is charged once a month and is charged at the total price for your package base price and your per item fees such such as postage, faxing and copying etc. Base price billing commences immediately and the telephone billing will commence in the second month one we can ascertain your accurate telephone usage.

The terms of our contract are very flexible, the minimum contract term allowed is six months, after this terms with the option to resign for another six to twelve months. Upgrade is allowed at any point of the contract.

We also have a meeting room available for hire by the full day or half day, it is advised that this is booked in advanced but is sometimes available for use at short notice.
