Virtual Office
Most people prefer to work from home, this allows them to feel more comfortable in their working environment and helps to cut costly overheads such as office rental and additional utility bills, the problem with this is that those companies wishing to be a limited company or to advertise would have to publicise their own personal details. With a virtual office package there is no need to do this, you are able to have you mail delivered to our building where we will sort and securely store it until you either pick it up or have it forwarded to your address.
For those customers wishing to send mail through us, all of our mail is professionally franked and is included in the business post giving a more professional look to your outgoing mail.
We also offer a number of telephone services where you may have your phone diverted directly to you, or answered by one of our staff in your own company name with a number of message taking or forwarding options. Our telephone systems are voicemail capable if included in your package and can be personalised with your company details and accessed remotely.
In addition to the basic services offered we also offer a number of communal facilities at a lower cost to our virtual office clients, such as copying facilities, outward faxing facilities and yearly rental of an incoming fax line.
Billing is charged once a month and is charged at the total price for your package base price and your per item fees such such as postage, faxing and copying etc. Base price billing commences immediately and the telephone billing will commence in the second month one we can ascertain your accurate telephone usage.
The terms of our contract are very flexible, the minimum contract term allowed is six months, after this terms with the option to resign for another six to twelve months. Upgrade is allowed at any point of the contract.
We also have a meeting room available for hire by the full day or half day, it is advised that this is booked in advanced but is sometimes available for use at short notice.
